At Minifigs, we want you to love your new style, but if something isn't quite right, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. All items must be in their original condition, unworn and with tags attached, to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in their original packaging.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt for updates on your return's journey.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
